On-Site Computer Training

Registration is Easy!

Just fill out the registration form. Payment is required at the time of registration. Payment for class registrations will be accepted anytime before the class begins, on a space available basis. Early registrations are encouraged to ensure adequate enrollment, space availability and supplies where provided.

Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to On-Site Computer Training. Personal Checks will not be accepted if registration is done one week or less prior to the class start date.

Cash should not be mailed. Please bring cash payments in person.

Returned Check Charge:

On-Site Computer Training will impose a $30 charge for all returned checks.

Refund Policy:

Each course is monitored to ensure sufficient enrollment to cover the cost of instruction and materials. You will be notified 48 hours prior to the start of the class should low enrollment occur and given the following options; 1) Transfer to another class; 2) Credit money paid towards another class; or 3) Receive a full refund.  Picture ID must be provided if seeking a refund for a cash or check payment.

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must make the request no later than seven business days before the class begins to be eligible for a full refund. Refund request are subject to a $15 processing fee. If you contact us at least seven business days prior to the class beginning, you have the same options as if we cancelled the class: 1) Transfer; 2) Escrow; or 3) Refund, minus the $15 processing fee. Escrowed funds must be used within six months.

Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refunds to be processed.  Failure to attend a class does not constitute formal withdrawl.
