On-Site Computer Training

The classroom rental rates are $125 for ½ day (1-4 hours) and $175 for full day (4-8 hours). Anything over 8 hours is $20 per hour.  Classrooms are outfitted with comfortable seating, tables with generous workspace and a 4’ X 6’ mounted whiteboard. Additional Services for audio/video can be added for $50 for ½ day and $75 for full day rental. The classroom tables can be set up how you would like and has capacity for 12-15 students depending on the setup.

The computer lab rental rates are $300 for ½ day and $500 for full day.  The computer lab has capacity for 11 students, 1 instructor machine and includes ceiling mounted LCD audio/video projection. The computer lab is outfitted with comfortable seating and desk with generous workspace. The lab is preloaded with the following software: Windows XP, Microsoft Office Professional 2003, which includes; Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, Project, FrontPage, InfoPath and Visio. Each computer uses a direct connection for optimum high speed internet connections.

The facility provides comfortable break areas with snack and beverage vending machines, and complimentary coffee and tea.

We need at least a 2 week notice to ensure that the classroom is available for your training dates.
